Eiffel consolidates its presence between the international leaders of the sector reaching, with its products in the van, the primary overseas markets.

In these years Eiffel research points toward the improvement of the characteristics of thermal capacity of polyethylene films, installing for the first time in the world, new plants in “co-extrusion” for the production of three layers film (1983).

Innovative products are growing, characterized by alternate layers with high contents of Ethylene Vinyl-Acetate (EVA) and of mineral charges, highly thermal products, but  that are very different respectively for the high transparency (Multieva) and for the high light diffusion (Multisolar).
